STUDENT STARTER PACK GIVEAWAY RULES

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organiser of the student starter pack giveaway, hereinafter referred to as the "Giveaway", is Vena Uniformy with its registered office in Wrocław at ul. Legnicka 49CA/14 54-203, hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser".

2. The giveaway is conducted in the territory of the Republic of Poland on the Instagram platform at https://www.instagram.com/venauniformypl/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Instagram Application").

3. The administrator of the giveaway is Vena Uniformy, with its registered office in Wrocław at ul. Legnicka 49CA/14 54-203, hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator".

4. The Organizer informs that the Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered, administered by or associated with Instagram.

6. The giveaway is subject to the provisions of Polish law.

7. The Organizer declares that the Giveaway is not a game of chance, in particular a raffle, promotional lottery, mutual betting, or a game whose outcome depends on chance, or any other form provided for in the Gambling Act of 19 November 2009.

I. GIVEAWAY PARTICIPANTS

1. Participation in the Giveaway is free and voluntary.

2. A participant in the Giveaway (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant") must be an adult natural person with full legal capacity, excluding the persons referred to in point 3 below. To participate in the Giveaway, you must have an active Instagram user account (hereinafter referred to as the "Profile"), in accordance with Instagram's terms and conditions.

3. Participants in the Giveaway cannot be employees or persons in a contract of mandate or other legal relationship to which the provisions on contracts of mandate apply with the Giveaway Organiser, as well as family members of the indicated persons up to the second degree of kinship.

4. The Organizer will appoint a committee consisting of three people appointed by the Organizer. The committee is responsible for the proper organization and conduct of the Giveaway, and in particular for ensuring the accuracy of entries.

5. The participant declares that:

- is entering the Giveaway voluntarily;
- has read the content of these Regulations, has expressed consent and accepts its terms;
- undertakes to comply with the provisions of the regulations, including the regulations of the Instagram platform - has consented to the processing of personal data for purposes related to participation in the giveaway.

II. TIME AND CONDITIONS OF GIVEAWAY

1. The giveaway begins on October 6, 2025 and runs until October 10, 2025, 11:59 p.m., which is the time until which Participants have the right to add comments under the giveaway post on the Vena Uniformy Instagram profile.

2. The conditions for participation in the Giveaway are:
   a) Following the @venauniformy profile on Instagram;
   b) Share a Reels about the giveaway on your Instagram stories;

3. c) Tagging two people in the comment.

4. d) Save Reels.

5. Each participant may post one comment during the Giveaway.

III. AWARDS AND WINNER

1. The Participant who published an Answer that, in the opinion of the Committee, deserves a prize, is hereinafter referred to as the “Winner”.

2. The Committee selects 1 (in words: one) Laureate who is a resident of the Republic of Poland.

3. The winner will be entitled to receive the following prize:

• student starter pack consisting of a set of scrubs, an apron, an ID badge and a thermal bottle from Vena Uniformy.

4. The participant may not request that the prize be exchanged for cash or another prize.

5. The prize will be awarded in accordance with applicable tax law. The prize value includes all tax liabilities, and the Organizer, as the payer, is responsible for collecting and remitting a flat-rate personal income tax of 10% of the prize value.

6. In the Giveaway, 1 (in words: one) Winner will be selected, whose Answer will be selected by the Committee.

7. Information about the Winner, including their name and surname/nickname, will be published by the Organizer on Instagram in the form of stories, no later than 11/10/2025 by 7:00 PM. The Winner will also be informed of their win via private message sent directly on Instagram.

8. The winner must claim their prize within 7 days of the official announcement of the Giveaway results (i.e., by October 18, 2025, inclusive). After this deadline, the Participant will lose their right to the prize.

9. To receive the Prize, the Winner must provide the Organizer with their contact information, including an email address to which the Prize collection protocol will be sent. The Organizer will only deliver the Prize upon receipt of the signed document.

10. Providing the data specified in paragraph 9 is necessary for the Prize to be delivered by the Giveaway Organizer.

11. The Participant’s personal data will be processed by the Organizer and the Giveaway Administrator in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended).

12. By taking part in the Giveaway, the Participant consents to the publication (distribution) by the Organizer and Administrator of his/her name and surname or nickname which he/she uses on his/her Instagram Profile.

IV. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

1. Complaints regarding the manner of conducting the Giveaway should be submitted by Participants in writing to the email address info@venauniformy.pl during the Giveaway, but no later than 14 days from the announcement of the winner.

2. Complaints should include the name, surname, exact address and telephone number of the complainant along with a description and justification of the complaint.

3. The time for considering a complaint is up to 14 days from the date of receipt.

V. PERSONAL DATA

1. The administrator of the Participants' personal data is the Organizer.

2. By taking part in the Giveaway, the Participant agrees to
   consent to the processing of personal data.

3. Personal data will be processed for the proper conduct of the Giveaway and sending
   correspondence related to the Giveaway, delivery of the Prize and announcement of the Giveaway results.

4. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law.

5. Personal data is provided by Participants voluntarily.

6. Participants have the right to access and correct their data.

IV. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. By participating in the Giveaway, the Participant confirms that he or she agrees to the rules of the Giveaway contained in these Regulations and confirms that he or she meets all the conditions that entitle him or her to participate in the Giveaway.

2. Participation in the Giveaway, as well as the rights and obligations related thereto, including the right to request the delivery of a Prize, may not be transferred to other persons.

3. The Organizer reserves the right not to be held liable for any events that prevent the proper conduct of the Giveaway, which it could not foresee (e.g. periodic disruptions to the operation of the Instagram platform), or which it could not prevent in the event of fortuitous events, including force majeure.

4. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations during the Giveaway if this is justified by the purpose of the Giveaway and to clarify participation in the Giveaway, provided that the changes cannot affect already acquired Participants.

5. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the generally applicable provisions of Polish law, in particular the Civil Code, shall apply.
